Actual massage started at approx 9:40am. Massage was over approx 10:25. So, massage time is approximately 45m, not an hour. I understand there needs to be time for consultation/dressing/undressing, but I shouldn’t be paying for that time. Book for 1 hour, charge for 45. I would pay $60-75 for 45m, but $129 is too much.

Didnt fel the relief I usually feel with a massage.

Location is in need of refreshing

All was well except for the massage corridor and room did not feel relaxing. It felt like a factory for massage or a doctors office to go in room 3 or 19. I have been to other massage therapist locations with lounge chairs while you wait, the aesthetics are warm and relaxing, the rooms are inviting through the light aromas and meditation music. The therapist was wonderful! She was very engaging, knowledgeable and relaxing. Unfortunately, her environment had an overall impact on the experience.

Took several weeks to get the first available appointment.

Everyone is so helpful and kind as well as friendly. My esthetician was very knowledgeable , friendly and professional. I had a brightening treatment that caused a bad reaction. I guess it was a burning feeling that I felt and not a stinging feeling. So I should have said something. Now my face feels like sandpaper. I did call and go back to the salon and they were very helpful in telling me what happened and gave me some soothing cream, which has helped. I just hope this clears up without any scarring. It’s my own fault because I have never had an issue like this before. I won’t have any more brightening treatments, but I’ll be back for a regular facial. I just hope there is no lasting effects.

my gift certificate would not work so i had to pay which defeated the appointment

I usually get the standard facial, and I was surprised that the service provider didn’t do any type of extractions, or looks at my skin more closely during the facial. I’ve never had that happen before where no corrective measures (extractions) were taken. I was surprised when it was over. It was nice, she did a good job but didn’t do anything in that realm and I’m very used to what the regular facial is.

Ambiance could be better. I like feedback from the therapist about my body/ muscles. Did not address my neck area.
