Hand and Stone

I did not feel very welcomed. Was never asked if it was my first time or not. Did not show me any of the products for sale or explain anything. The therapist on the other hand was great!

Late start early finish. No apology for lateness. Numb answer when I informed her last waxing injures my skin. No reaction so therefore no more waxing at hand and stone.

The rooms are small and have no ambience, no mood lighting, or any type of mood music, if there was didn't here. Way too hot, I asked for aromatherapy and all I breathed in was 3 breaths of eucalyptus, I wanted this on my face and temples for sinus issues. Hardly any oil used, like going to a dr office. I will look elsewhere.

Main reason is lack of enough options too. Ok appointments due to staff shortage

It is very difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I searched 4 locations and just happened upon a next day availability Otherwise it was a 3 week wait. The room was extremely cold. My feet were freezing the whole time, even with the table heat on.

Bev is great. Receptionist was great. But due to lack of providers, appointments are very difficult to get, and recent providers leaving caused many cancellations. Do you recruit people to the field?

Cost is higher than expected. Many massage places in the area for better value. Appointment availability is always a challenge.

I keep coming because I really like Hawa. Would go to other places and feel the same otherwise

Experience with this company is frustrating. Very hard to get appointments and then a lot of times your appointment day comes and your canceled. Can't use packages when can barely get appointments. Won't let me freeze to catch up.

I really didn't have any problems during this visit and the service met my needs. That being said, it did not go above and beyond my expectations or wow me in any way.
