Hand and Stone

The experience was ok. I think it was the table but my lower back hurt more after the massage.

I keep asking when they will get a cryo facial and was told it doesn’t look promising. I am going back to my last hand and stone salon to get one in July. I don’t think this facility realizes how incredible your skin feels after a cryo facial!

My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled twice and the receptionist did not know how to use gift card so an additional 20 minutes were spent figuring it out. Also, it’s near impossible to make any additional visits in an appropriate time frame from last session.

I'm usually very satisfied with the massage therapist services and professionalism. What I'm very unsatisfied with is the lack of availability to schedule and appointment. Usually the Middletown DE store, one can only schedule an appointment more than a month out. Even after waiting more than a month for my appointment several times those appointments were cancelled the day before I was to show up. I was then offered to make another appointment but again i would have to wait more than enough. I'm so far behind in using my credits I have somewhere up to 20 credits. It's just not right and I find I'm just wasting my money.

Each time I attempt to book an appointment. Either the therapist is NO LONGER THERE OR THERE ARE NL AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS.

My problem is always with the availability when scheduling appointments and you do not have a couples massage choice

Facial was great. Wish it was easier to book a massage. Husband is about to cancel his service membership because you so frequently cancel his massages. I want to alternate massage and facial but getting massage appointment is difficult.

I felt that the bed was not comfortable. It would’ve been much more comfortable if I had a pillow instead of insertion of my face. I wasn’t comfortable because I also couldn’t relax my arms to the side of the bed.
