Hand and Stone

While checking in the other receptionist was rude and speaking badly about other customers. Massage therapist could have been more friendly and upbeat. Lay on the massage table face down and you'll see all the dirt and dust on the table legs and carpet.

Receptionist was not friendly and made me feel like a burden. She was not helpful and only answered yes or no so softly I could barely hear her. She didn't tlwoek towards accommodating my schedule for booking another appointment. The sign on the front door said masks were highly encouraged, yet she wasn't wearing one. She wasn't friendly or welcoming.

I didn't enjoy my massage. The facial was great.

Very difficult to get in touch with someone to set up appointment. Lack of available appointments to fit my schedule. Had to schedule 3 months out to even get an appointment and I had to take what was available which was not what I really wanted.

First visit to this location. I have several gift certificates and was told cannot use at this location where I’ve moved to.

Not overly impressed from start of the membership when my appointments were not booked correctly and I showed up to no appointment to impress me they will really have to go above and beyond in the future and the appointment times and availability is just not there

Hard to schedule because of limited options

I have been to multiple hand and stone massage places over the years, all have been satisfactory some a little nicer atmospheres then others. This hand and stone was a good atmosphere and location people were nice.
