The reception area was very clean and appealing. Everyone was very nice and professional. My esthestian was verynice, pleasant and very good at her job. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I think my skinn looks very good and definately cleaner and clearer then when I arrived. Thank you all for helping feel comfortable!

The receptionist at the front desk talk to me so long so I lost some of my massage time seven minutes

Booking appointments is nearly impossible. Appointment times are not available more than a month in advance. Cannot book a recurring appointment.

I find it highly unacceptable to be made to mask at this point in time. It was totally unexpected and upsetting. The price paid should reflect total comfort for the client and that severely restricted my comfort unnecessarily. It is a total baseless decision made by, I suppose, the franchise owner that should be corrected immediately. What an uninformed decision! It could seriously affect your business, especially when the prices are a bit too high already. Beverly did a great massage!!

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment at this location. I was trying to use a promotional gift card that came a part of a package that I purchased in Nov 2020. My appointment was canceled multiple times and when I went to reschedule I could not be seen for several months. The massage was good, but now that I have used that gift card, I do not plan to return to that hand and stone location.

The massage therapist and the receptionist were very professional and welcoming. The massage was great! I am not highly satisfied because of the availability that you have. I wanted to book my next appointment for a month later (4/27/22) and there is nothing available until June. People who pay the membership fee monthly should definitely get 1st picks on days.

No able to make appointments right away and need to book them months away so you are able to get a massage. You should be able to call and make appointment within a reasonable time a week-two the most specially if you are stressed or having pain and need to come in soon.

It is very hard to get an appointment and when scheduled I keep getting moved because of overbooking.

The actual experience was fine once I got there. The receptionist that booked the appt. Was very matter of fact didn’t listen to my concerns about renewing my package. Then the day I had the appt I was suffering a huge migraine and was told I had to give up a package or pay half my service. Again, May have been the policy but she didn’t seem to be concerned at all and was matter of fact and just repeated herself. I got there that evening and it was a different receptionist and she was very friendly and accommodating.
