the original receptionist was not very welcoming; and asked me to get a mask in a some what rude manner, I had no idea masks were still required, and she wasn't very nice. Meanwhile the girl sitting next to her had no mask on the whole time I waited for my appointment. The receptionist when I left was a different group of people and couldn't have been nicer. The therapist was amazing, and for that I will return. Also this is my 3rd time to hand and stone and each time, I have had to change services or dates because the type of service or time could not longer be covered by staff.

Could offer water in waiting room. Chairs not that comfoy. Need a mirror in massage room... Comb hair, check self.

I did not receive a full 60 minute facial. It was about 50 minutes. I was disappointed not getting the full hour. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time.

It was just okay for me. My preferred therapists no longer work there so it will be a matter of getting used to new people.

My esthetician Julia is knowledgably and very attentive during the session, she creates a relaxing and calming environment. She shares information when requested and allows you to feel comfortable during the treatment!

I was satisfied with my experience. I felt good when I left. I had no idea what to expect since this was my first experience there. I have nothing to compare it to. So I feel as though my rating is appropriate.

I loved my facial and enjoyed my experience. The massage was ok. The masseuse was nice however, she did not check to see if the pressure was ok or if I was warm enough. Usually I am asked if I want extra blanket or heat on the table. The massage felt like she was missing something or inexperienced. I would try another person at this location for a different experience.

When I arrived, there were two receptionists. Because of her rudeness, I asked how to cancel my membership. Not only did she give me the wrong information, again she was rude. Her demeanor was that she did not want to be bothered.

The esthetician was not trained to conduct advanced treatments i.e. microderm. I should've been informed of that ahead of the service.

Waited too long to get appt scheduled. I been to other spas were more relaxing
