Was very satisfied with the massage. Thought the oil/ or lotion used could be of a higher quality Absolutely loved the facial.

I don't feel as though the technician extracted enough of my blocked pores.

The location did not follow check in from your car procedures which caused there to be multiple people in the lobby while I was there. I was not asked to fill out pre-paperwork which caused me to have to fill it out in the lobby.

The room decor was lacking, and therefore the ambiance was blah. No candles, water feature, mirror, ect. I've been to many places where you're offered a choice of music or the scent of the oil used. The massage itself was great and my masseuse was very nice.

Esthetician was not wearing face shield

I LOVE massages but this one didn’t really wow me compared to past massages. It was just okay. It was hard to explain exactly what I needed so maybe that was tough for her. The foot and hand massage was the best part and I did get to relax but I will be trying out a different massage therapist next time.

This time around I had a fantastic therapist ( Megan) but it is not always the case. I wish I had a survey the month before because the therapist Beverly was not good at all. It will be nice to have more consistency with your therapist skills.

It’s not that it was a bad massage, it was good. It was just kind of lopsided. She would do one thing to one arm and then something different to the other. Same with my legs. It was just a little strange. Not that anything felt bad or didn’t work. It was all good just wish that it was more even for each side.

Great experience. Very professional and listened to my needs, aches and pains!

Felt less pressure used No communication during service to ensure my heads being met.
