Therapist did not work on the areas that I requested

Mostly it is the location and the inability to get an appointment unless you call way in advance. The people there are friendly and I haven't had a bad massage technician. I have so many services racked up and the inability to get an appointment and the time taken away with the pandemic makes me feel it's a waste of money.

Jimmy is great!! I have been using him since the day that he started there.

I would have preferred to talk less to my therapist.

You advertise one hr massage n you only get 50 minutes

My therapist is busy and times are difficult to schedule. I would like to get longer times. Money is tight.

I feel like I waited over 10 min for the therapist to come back into the room After she left for me to get prepared for The massage. This cut into the massage time. I wish the pressure had been harder. My problem area was my back and shoulders and I don’t feel like she spent much time at all on my back.

The receptionist that took our appointment was not a good experience. She might of been new, so I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. She kept putting me on hold, BUT wouldn't ask me or say please hold a moment while I check that for you. She would be talking or I would ask a question and then all of a sudden I would just hear music. She did this several times. She couldn't find my husband's membership when I clearly told it might be under Jay instead of Jeremiah. We weren't able to get a couple massage, which is why we got the membership. My husband and I rarely get to do anything together w/out kids. Very disappointed. We had to fill out forms when we got there because nobody told us to fill them out online. Massage therapist was the only good thing about this experience. We are new members and just signed up in February and then the pandemic hit and we weren't able to use it. Have been faithfully paying all this time to have this experience when we returned was a let down

I had a very good time at Hand and Stone. It was a good massage and relived a lot of stress. I wish there was more pressure and focus on the spots longer, but it was only 50 minutes.

The top linen on the table was white and therefore easy to see that it was either dirty or stained.
