The technician wasn't as friendly as a few others.

My skin was irritated after the appointment and the redness lasted much longer than after other similar appointments specifically in areas waxed.

Not much discussion about my skin care or products available

I was satisfied. It would’ve been nice to have sample products in a bit larger size, rather than a package. Also, if there were products that started at $20+ range, that would be nice.

I had the same therapist the last two visits. He has a habit of using your head to rest his hand or elbow as he is massaging your neck or back. When I asked him what was causing the pressure on my head, he laughed and stated it was his hand. I moved my head to let him know, I did not like this arrangement, but that did not phase him. I told him the second visit, I did not want my hair affected by the massage, because I left the last visit with greasy hair from the massage oil. This visit I had a scarf. He still massaged my neck, but my hair was not as greasy.

My appointment was changed from the original appointment (by Hand & Stone). That was fine, but then I was suppose to have a peel, somehow that never transferred over and I received just a classic, once again fine I just booked it for next time. But appointment started almost 20-25 minutes late. First time that has happened

The aesthetician was very friendly, but I did not feel that the service provided was worth the cost.

I booked my massage with a specific therapist and at check in was told I was having someone else and that I needed to fill out paperwork because she was new to me. I would have liked to have been called and made aware that my regular massage therapist was I'll and given the opportunity to reschedule or keep appointment.

I arrived early, as told to do in order to complete my paperwork. There was only one receptionist working, and she was helping a customer book an appointment. No fault to her, but I don't think my therapist even knew I was waiting. By the time I went back, it was nearly 10 minutes in to my 50 minute massage.

Commercialized massage place... the local owned places are more to my liking.
