There was no issue.

The product left me feeling greasy afterwards. I should have been more specific with the pressure requested. More pressure on my back, shoulders and neck and less pressure on my thighs.

I think my esthetician may have had a cold because she had been sniffing and clearing her throat some which i made me concerned. Today I have a sore throat and I am nervous.

I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT MY APPT HAD TO BE CHANGED AT THE LAST MINUTE. LONG STORY. I MADE THIS APPT IN ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM TO CALL SOONER.

Attendant at front was determined for me tip before service was conducted. She wanted to know my payment method and kept wanting me to tell her how much. 1 - I paid the tip in cash and 2- I don’t tip before service. She may have been trying to close out drawer but they were not closing.

The. Therapist. Did. Not. Greet me at. First , and did. Not ask how. The. Massage. Was. Going , or. If the pressure. Was. Good . The. Therapist. Morgan. Did. Not address. All my concerns and questions .

My usual 2 or 3 favorite therepists are not available for the times that I need to make an appointment. This pushes my massages back and I have trouble using them all.

I've had massages in the past which included my hands and my feet, but this one didn't. Because I use the computer so much, I like having my hands, fingers, and forearms massaged. I've never had this therapist before so it was a new experience.

It's a bit of a challenge to make an appointment. This is the first time I've been able to book on line. In a perfect world, I would have been able to book both a massage and a facial, but I recognize that was difficult at the start of a holiday weekend.

Asked and paid for Aromatherapy and only smelled it once. Also, asked for hot stones and didn’t get it. Disappointed.
