Could have spent a full hour and missed some areas ( thigh and lower back) almost al together

My massage therapist was extremely nice but lacked in massage technique. I normally get massaged monthly, so I expected more. The room was very noisy, being as to hearing other guests/massage techs talking and laughing the entire 80 m.

Massage therapist was extremely friendly, great pressure but the add one seemed to detract from the actual massage time. I combined massages so had an 80 minute time slot and only had about 40 minutes of an actual massage. So essentially the other 40 minutes was spent with the add ons. Somewhat disappointed that I, in essence, paid for a double time slot and received only the equivalent of one massage.

I was highly satisfied with the facial. I didn't see any real difference in my skin. It was relaxing. The person who did my facial was awesome. My massage was ok. I have to say I prefer the gentleman I have had in the past more. She seemed to work more on one side of my body than the other. It was as relaxing as previous massages.

I rarely give a hightly satisfied reaction due to the fact that there is always room for improvement with everything in life. I enjoyed my experience and plan to be back.

Had to wait 10 minutes beyond my appointment time and neither the receptionist nor the massage therapist expressed any empathy or offered an apology.

The room I was placed in for my massage must have been next to the break room. It was extremely loud and disruptive. People were talking very loud I heard their conversations clearly throughout my massage. The laughter was also extremely loud and a bit of a distraction. My therapist did a great job working in this type of environment. I don’t think it was fair to her or myself. Room 4 should not be used if the volume of noise remains that way in the break room.

The facial should had included more than just the face. It did not include the decollette, hands, scalp, nor feet which is typically included.

Not used to a reg massage being only 50 minutes. In addition, aromatherapy scented oils were not not automatic. they are considered at Hand & Stone as a "uncharge". I had a wonderful experience, however can get a little longer massage and scented oils for about the same price at another local establishment.

Wish the room was a little darker. Hard time relaxing with overhead lights.
