I enjoyed my service and the location. I did have to take time off of work because no evening appointments were available for the services I needed.

Availability of appointments and technicians. Turnover of staff.

I have just been to more high end spas. I appreciated the experience for what I was given. The receptionist were too busy and forgot to give me the cost for the recommended products.

Person never said a word or explained anything or asked me any questions

I was very uncomfortably COLD. I wanted to pay for my upgrade with points & they wouldn't let me. It was Freezing in there!!!

Only comment is that I wish my massage therapist didn't smoke right before my appointment. I'm not very sensitive to the smell of smoke but if it bothered me it will bother those more sensitive.

I was quite satisfied with my experience overall, and I really liked my particular therapist. However my appointment started late and seemed to end early. I understand that part of the time is spent dressing/undressing however we were not collected from the waiting room (even though we arrived 15 min early as requested for paperwork) until 5-10 min after the appointment started. It was more like we got a 40 min massage instead of an hour.

I love the location and staff. I like hand and stone because it offers quick convenience fir appointments, however the past few months booking has been difficult. You have to book a few weeks in advance to get an appointment with a good therapist.

There was nothing specific to not rate highly satisfied. My therapist is great with me.

Price for members is high. Tough to get in with my preferred lady. Website booking is glitchy.
