There were some add-ons that my therapist did not know how to perform

I felt like the lights were too bright in the room when I had to roll over. I prefer it dark. I know essential oil is extra but the room seemed so impersonal and did nothing for senses. The reception area was so nice so I was expecting so much more in the massage rooms.

Felt the massage therapist on this visit was not very thorough in her technique. Would start to massage but then quickly would change to just super light touch and rubbing her hands on my skin to pass the time. Massage technique was not symmetrical on both sides of body.

Very good massage during this visit. Will return to same tech.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable and versed. I felt pressured into doing the upgrades as it was presented as a need instead of an option. The entire service felt rushed and I liked the results. I was looking for a little bit more of a relaxing experience instead of what I received. I had explained that but it did not get perceived that way.

Too much noise from the room next to mine. I could laughter and talking for most of my visit.

My apt was for 10am didn’t start till around 10:10 and ended at 10:50it was 10min shorter than I paid for

We were running a couple minutes late, receptionist was not very nice checking us in. Therapist was nice and skilled, but I prefer firmer pressure. He did ask once and I said firmer. He went a little firmer, but not enough for me.

I was highly satisfied.

Wasn't clear on payment at end. They said it was taken care of but didn't tell me if it was charged to my card on file or not. I just assumed it was and left. I thought I remembered having to sign something but maybe I'm mistaken.
