Hand and Stone

The massage was not 60 minutes as advertised. It was barely 30-35 minutes after you get in room and then they leave. I looked at the clock in the room when they started and ended.

This last appointment I had 1/17/19, what I thought was going to be relaxing with additional hot stones and a massage was uneasy. The technician I had could not use the hot stones because she was not qualified. On top of that the technician smelled like smoke and when she breathed it could be smelt and it was hard to relax smelling that scent. Secondly in all my times of having a massage, the technicians have always respected your privacy and the way they draped the sheet to massage your legs. This technician, I did not feel comfortable with because she pulled the sheet up way to high to expose my body as well as the way she shoved her hand with the sheet between my legs. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!! In addition, when massaging my back, I know they other technicians respectfully will place the sheet at an appropriate area near your undergarments, she moved mine lower than I was comfortable. UNACCEPTABLE! Instead of me having a relaxing experience, I couldn't wait for it to be over. I do not wish to have that technician ever again.

When I entered the room it was 1:06. When I got up afterwards to dress, it was 1:54. I missed ten minutes of the hour I paid for.

Was taken back for appt late; laid down at 7:17 pm, massage started at 7:20 pm, therapist left room at 8:05 pm. Receptionist aware and offered a free add on to my next appt

Your website continues to be a disaster. Online booking, which is the most convenient, is constantly a problem. The website is slow, often fails to book appointments, and requires repeated entries to complete a simple task.

Overall pleasurable first experience.

I felt like my skin was thoroughly examined. The hand and stone had a great atmosphere. I felt refreshed when I left.

Need greater appointment availability for facials & waxing.

Highly satisfied should be rare and difficult to achieve. While everything about my visit was pleasant, nothing in my visit reached that standard.

I felt as though my massage therapist was not as experienced. I was scheduled for an 80 minute massage and I felt the massage therapist did not have a game plan. She spent half the time on my back alone and not even a good amount on lower back as I stated that area has tightness and discomfort. I mentioned my hamstrings are usually tight as well she didn't even massage them. I have never got a massage without the therapist trying to relax my temples. I requested a relaxing massage and my head or forehead was even touched. I will not be booking a 80 min massage for a while and will not request the therapist I had again. It was as though Bridget did not really want to do the massage. I have been getting profession massage from hand and stone and other profession locations since 2011. I have a lot of stress being in the military and stress in my life the last year. Thank you for your time.
