The receptionists never acknowledged me, never greeted me, didn’t do anything

The fact that you’re trying to sell me products and memberships before I can leave, rather ruins the relaxation of the massage and facial.

The amount of time of getting the massage and don't have a choice of oil they use on you.

Great staff. Relaxing environment. Very convenient location.

I showed the specific area where I was experiencing pain and the opposite side was given attention. I kept waiting thinking it would be addressed but then the massage was over.

I terminated my monthly massage. At that time I was told I had till end of year to use what I had. The receptionist made me feel like she was doing me a favor to book my massages. Saying it was difficult to keep me in the book so I can use them. I paid for them shouldn't I get to use them before end of year like I was told originally?

My only concern with this spa is that one of our massages was canceled right beforehand. Unfortunately, this also occurred at another location and it does concern me. Otherwise it is excellent value and service for the money,

I originally had a facial appointment for Monday at 2 pm and I received a call 25 minutes before my appointment saying they needed to reschedule my appointment . They were able to reschedule my facial after my massage appointment for later that week but I already had commitments that day and this added to the stress instead of a relaxing day

Hand and Stone charges more $ than Massage Envy for an extra half hour massage. I had 2 sessions available and it was recommended that I use a salt stone massage for the 2nd session. In my mind, that was using $59.95 for the salt stone . It was not explained to me properly so chose to use the other massage at another time.
