Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied. I must have entered the wrong answer by accident. My apologies.

My experience at Hand & Stone has been excellent. However, at times I think some of the 50 minute massages are cut a few minutes short as this can be noticed on the clocks in the rooms.

I enjoyed my experience while I was at Hand and Stone getting my massage yesterday. I thought the introductory price was good, but for the second facial, I think the price is a little high.

I’ve had better experiences with other spas.

My scheduled appointment for my massage was with Charla. However, this is the second time she cancelled on me & I had to have another massage therapist. I really just wanted Charla.

For example, for this upcoming Saturday, they only have 58 appointment slots available. Of those, seven of them are with Sammie. However, Sammie has not had an open slot in a while (or in the future) and I have been told that she is no longer working there. This location appears to have sold many more memberships than they have available appointments. Now I am sure that you will tell me that you have openings during the week, but that is not when we choose to attend. We have enjoyed the massages and our interaction with your staff, but the lack of openings on the weekends is making us reexamine our membership.

Found reminisce of product on my face once I got home. It wasn’t cleaned off very well.

I would like to say that Regina, massage therapist, is excellent and very professional. Reason/s for not continuing membership: personal. Only one negative - massage should be 60 minutes, as competing spas do, rather than the 50 minutes H&S allows. but, overall I was very satisfied with H&S

I was Not able to see a licensed massage therapist. The massage technician did not focus on the areas I requested. The room did not have a mirror and was very plainly appointed.
