Hand and Stone

Rooms need white noise machines. I don't like being able to hear conversations outside my massage room. Rooms could have nicer decorations.

Was not completely satisfied this visit. My visit last month with Charla was very satisfying. I was disappointed this visit.

Every time I call there is lack of appointments available. The last service I came in for, I was declined a service for an unknown reason.

We were 5 minutes early to our apt, we waited a good 10 minutes before they came to take us back, I feel like the massage is rushed since, because our apt time was 11 and they didn’t start until 11:20... the massage was great ... we are put our plan on hold because we haven’t been able to get in, but it just seems like every time we make a apt something goes wrong.. had cancel because someone called out and again I had to change a person who I requested because of a call out. When we were coming regular we would book before leaving and stressed what we next time and they were never prepared. Stones needed to be heated, no towels in the room.. change of person for some reason.. I feel if there wasn’t so many issues, we would make more of an effort to come in..

I felt like the session was too short.

Therapist seemed tired; she yawned a lot and breathed heavily during my session. Made it a bit difficult to completely relax.

She really didn’t do that great of a massage. Compared to other therapists that work there- I have had better massages there won’t book with Bridget again

I'm never highly satisfied with something I have to purchase.

The massage with Regina was amazing, the normal receptionist wasn’t there and the one there wasn’t friendly the facial was not great it was just ok. Will try someone different next time

I REALLY DON'T HAVE A PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO BASE MY OPINION OFF. I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE OTHER FACIAL IN MY LIFETIME.
