I was charged extra for deep tissue without realizing it would cost more. I’ve always asked for deep tissue and never charged extra. Was told about the extra charge after the fact. I’ll have to watch my wording and ask for “firm” and hope I don’t get charged extra. I don’t like surprises like that. The music was too low and I could hear others talking in next room.

The Esthetician smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (both hands and breath). She was also very chatty. It didn't make for a tranquil environment/experience.

I would love to have selected highly satisfied for all items but the service i received was explained to be at it's best quality following roughly 3 visits. I would like to reevaluate at that time. I will definitely be back, everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Once i have been there a few times if i am highly satisfied i'll spread the word like wildfire!

The ambience in the massage room could be improved. When laying on my back, the light was shinning in my eyes. There should be less light or a eye mask provided for that part of the massage.

I selected to get an additional foot treatment along with my massage. Since it was the first time i didnt realize that the tech had forgotten to do that part of the service. She made sure to let both me and the desk know so that I wasnt charged for it, but I was disapointed that it wasnt done. I will look to get it done the next time I schedule a service.

I have been there several times and each time my experience has been different so time hard to know what to expect from visit to visit. One comment I have is that the warm towel I was given at the end of my visit was actually so hot I couldn’t handle it.

It was more a personal issue. The pain I had made of difficult to get color comfortable and distracted from being able to totally relax.

The receptionist did not offer solutions without me asking for them. The therapist for my accompanied guest was not as knowledgeable or as attentive to the needs of my companion.
