The esthetician recommended a microderm abbrasion treatment, which I agreed to after she explained the process, however she did not mention that it was an extra $35. I am a new member, and I was not expecting a balance when I went to the front to check out.

I have a membership and set up an online account. I regularly get email messages with specials but now the online website doesn't recognize my membership or let me sign in. The local spa doesn't know how to resolve this. Also, even though received and confirmed the appointment by text message, I got subsequently both a text and a robo-call reminder. It's fine if a person needs to call me but ROBOCALLS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. This is so unacceptable that if it happens again, I will block phone access or even drop my membership. NO ROBOCALLS!!!!

It's hard to judge an experience completely with one visit. I would like the massages to be truly sixty or ninety minutes, not 50 and 80. There should be bathrooms adjacent to each massage room (without having to walk down a long hallway if one needs to use the restroom in the middle of a massage-which can happen). The therapist I saw was really good, however I think it takes time to develop a rapport and expectations, no one's fault, just reality. I will return.

I enjoyed it very much. I prefer a more spa-like atmosphere, but it was still very nice. I will likely return soon.

Only issue was the room wasn’t warm and the sheets weren’t warm, but once the massage started I was fine.

I had a massage and facial booked the receptionist even remembered the appointment however when i got there i was not scheduled for the facial. This is the 3rd time when i have had a facial appointment it has been an issue. i was given an add on but to me it doesn't add any extra time to my appointment i dont care about the additional products.

Need option of Hot Teas to drink afterwards, to relax in waiting area. Need relaxing scents in massage room Eucalyptus, Peppermint. Otherwise, great relaxing experience. We love perks!

Services are overpriced if one does not become a member. I had to wait quite awhile to check out. Receptionist was not available. Experience was pleasant but bit outstanding.
