massage therapist charla was great but could be a bit more gentle on head masage

Everything was ok, just nothing out of the ordinary for service.

I could tell that Terry does not like her job. She was very nice and knowledgeable. But talked too much and smelled like cigarettes.

The therapist did not start my appt on time and the massage ended a little early feeling like I didn’t get the time I paid for. She did not read my form that said do not massage specific areas, but rather spent ample time on those areas. The massage felt rushed and I felt the areas I asked her to pay attention to went attended to fully. I will return to hand and stone but be requesting a different therapist.

I was satisfied Iggy's only my second time

The only thing I would like since we are required to put on a wrap to expose our arms is some lotion to be put on our arms. Also I like the use of some steam even if its a little bit.

It was okay.

Compared to other spa experiences, the lighting in the room was rather harsh and with the sink so close to my head, it sounded extra loud. The facial itself was very good.

Partially my fault in not being more vocal in my wants. Therapist used jerky motions within massage.

Was a good massage experience but nothing special other than the massage therapist herself.
