Hand and Stone

The massage was rescheduled due to unforeseen events with the massage therapist. He tried to accommodate my needs but seemed inexperienced. I'm sure he will get better with time, but it wasn't my best experience at hand and stone.

This was the second attempt to schedule an appointment, where the spa did not have the appropriate staff member available for the appointment time I was requesting. The manager made the exception to allow the masseuse to perform the massage requested after expressing my frustrations. The masseuse was very friendly and professional, My only complaint with my experience with her was I would have enjoyed more pressure. Otherwise she was very pleasant.

Liked how quickly I got appointment. My second time there and second massage. Facials are not really available as they only have one estithician. Massage marketing say 1 hour, but it is 50 minutes, then cut 5 or more minutes short. Did not notice till he was done, told him, but not worth starting again as he was done. Frustrating.

I was very satisfied with my service from the time I arrived to starting at my appointed time.

I feel the services offered are great, but a little pricey considering it's a "one size fits" all franchise. I would expect a more customizable package based on my specific wants/needs for the price I paid.

Cream option for lotion as what is used is too greasy also don't understand why it is 20 more to use couples room doesn't seem to make much sense

I don't feel like discussing it right now, I will see how it goes with someone else.

The technician was new and, although she did ask me for my preferences, I was disappointed in how she distributed her time because I asked for shoulder and lower back treatment and expected more time for those areas and more pressure to work out the knots. Also I paid for foot scrub/massage upgrade and when I asked it hands and feet were already included they said yes but the "Extra" foot massage was included in the 55 minute massage. Not what I expected

i have had massages at other establishment who always give you a choice of aromatic oils.

It was a good experience. Professional, courteous, full body massage. I think i just need to join the yearly program or whatever it is that allows you to bring the price down. Great services though.
