Hand and Stone

I became a member a month before my appointment. Was charged to my account, by when in they thought I was new and not a member, not sure if I got points for booking online. Purchased the extra hot towel foot massage, but massage still ended in 50 minutes.

I believe the session ended early. it was 10 minutes before the hour by the clock when I began to get dressed. Need to check my paperwork and see if the massages are 50 or 60 minutes. haven't done that yet.

The massage was great! The facial was a bit disappointing. The esthetician was very nice but the service itself seemed to be lacking.
