Melody was pleasant and knowledgeable. She told me she will start with medium pressure and would go to firm if I asked and when I asked for more firm she did apply more firm pressure which was more enjoyable. She also let me relax by not feeling the need to talk/ask me questions the whole time.

Therapist was friendly and massage was relaxing. Only comment is previously I was handed a bottle of water after my massage at other H and S's! I was not at this location.

The operator (Jason) was very knowledgeable about body parts and functions and was highly skilled in massage. He was considerate of my comfort and my condition, and was an interesting person to talk with.
