Julia is the best esthetician I have ever met. Front desk personnel are always cheerful

no issues. the massage helped my problem areas very much. my lower back feels much better a few weeks later

Totally relaxing. Therapist was knowledgeable and asked if pressure, comfort was acceptable. I’m in PT for back issues and massage just seemed to go along with treatment comfortably and beautifully!

Keeps making me fill out forms even though I have done them in the past. You could clearly see my signature from Feb, 2022. I tried to tell her that I had done them before but got the response, "well I can't find them". This is not the first time that I have been treated rudely by this person.

The services that I receive at Hand and Stone help my mental being. I feel it’s the only thing I do for myself. I enjoy the relaxation.

Appointment was on time and used the full hour. Esthetician was great!! My only complaint is still having to wear a mask in the waiting area is ridiculous.
