I am always very satisfied with my visit to hand and stone. Julia is an amazing esthetician and the receptionists are always great!

My first facial and it was amazing! Scheduled a follow up appointment with HAWA as she was wonderful and will be returning!

Lauren has been the best esthetician I have ever had. She always makes great recommendations and makes me feel very relaxed while I’m there. 10/10 I’ll be sad if she leaves.

They were very honest and helpful regarding my first massage ever. I was able to ask questions freely without judgement. They made me feel comfortable with my body and expressed that I didn’t need to be nervous and it helped with my confidence a lot.

I feel like as time passes there is less availability for appointments and you have to book a month out or you won’t get an appointment. When I started going years ago there were tons of appointments and you would get a towel and water at the end. Then it was a cup of water now it is nothing. ashley did an amazing job i have no issues with her. It would be nice to be able plan a massage last minute and have options to choose from to book an appointment bc of this im unsure if i will keep the membership.

Ashley was very professional. Utilized the whole time … (Hand & Stone is well known for cheating guests of their time.). She used perfect pressure and knew her way around the body. She was very pleasant.
