By the end of the appointment I was completely relaxed. I enjoyed the small talk between me and the esthetician but I do appreciate the peace and quiet that was given to me by her.

Everybody friendly ad knowable

I had mechanical issues with my car on the day of my appointment. When I try to change my appointment, Megan was going to charge me a cancellation fee. When I reminded her that hand and stone canceled my appointment three months in a row last fall I did not complain. She would not budge on the cancellation fee, so I said fine I would borrow a car and I would come to my appointment. But that she could have my cancellation of my membership papers ready for me, she said fine and then hung up the phone on me! When I arrived for my appointment there was no one behind the desk for several minutes. My esthetician had to go get her when she arrived she was disheveled looking, like she just rolled out of bed and wreaking of cigarette smoke. So instead of waiting for her next appointment to arrive, she was out back smoking. I have been a member since 2018. I think that should’ve been taking into consideration. So after I fulfill my 30 day obligation, I will be canceling my membership. And it’s sad, because Julia my esthetician is fabulous.

I just love Julia. It is so relaxing. Look forward to it each month. Very disappointed that I was unable to book aFeb appointment. There were non available. Very disappointed as a member I couldn’t get an appointment.
