I signed up for a trigger point massage and was incredibly pleased with the knowledge and ability of the massage therapist. I have had back and neck issues for a long time and am well versed in muscle anatomy, trigger points etc. The massage therapist was able to work through many of the trigger points, checking to see if the pressure was ok, and I was able to leave feeling much less tense, my neck loosened, and back overall relaxed. I highly recommend trigger point massage!

Everyone was very friendly, especially Ashley! I didn't wait very long and the massage therapist used just enough pressure.

I have been going to the same esthetician for quite awhile and will continue because of her.
