It was a great experience from the beginning. The receptionist was polite. Online check-in was easy. The therapist was on time. Shy did a great job. She remembered I like a lot of pressure and the areas I wanted her to work on. I was impressed because it was only my second time with her. She found knots in my back that I didn't know existed! I found relaxed and great after my massage. She is my favorite new person since Jimmy left.
