Highly satisfied with Hand & Stone in Middletown, DE for almost 2 yrs. Entering the Spa the receptionists are friendly and helpful if any questions. Always a clean waiting area. All staff are polite in every way. I have made a few purchases of the Spa products and will continue.

Regina is such an amazing massage therapist. She was able to get out months of knots and tension in my back and shoulders and is so sweet and calming. The front desk staff were really great too!

Spa location and the ease of making an appointment. So far all of my appointments have been on time which is a huge plus for me.

Massage was a gift from my sister. Jimmy was a wonderful massage therapist. Came out feeling relaxed and still feeling great.

For my hot stone, Gerald sets the bar for professionalism, courtesy and kindness. For my facial, Julia was a delight to speak with and knew how best to address my areas of concern. As always, a relaxing experience at H&S Middletown!

First call I made looking for massage service on that day , per receptionist no available slot at that day but instead gave me an option of facial massage available . I took the the available service . The lady who was assigned to me I rated her 10 , I didn’t wait at all . She did me right away . Very efficient , good service I got from her Thank you .

Given current issues with Covid-19, I was hesitant about going back to having massages. I felt comfortable once they confirmed the procedure that is in place to ensure safety of the customers and the employees. The massage was great!
