The ambiance, the smell and cleanliness of the business. Everyone is professional and friendly.

Gerald was friendly and ask about specific problem areas. He informed me he would spend most of his time focusing on those areas and ask if I was OK with that. During the massage Gerald would ask if the pressure was OK. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the temperature in the room and bed. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting the Middletown Delaware hand and stone for massage request Gerald.

The reception room was very pleasant, clean and welcoming. My massage therapist, Bridget, Is very attentive to my special needs. (back surgery) Your facility is very professional!

The massage therapist makes the appointment. If the therapist is not skilled, then the massage does not result in the desired effect. Regina is very knowledgeable and quite skilled. She has helped relieve the pain and discomfort I have in my neck and back.

Alondra did a thorough massage and ensured my comfort level. She is highly skilled with massages as she covered all aspects. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I opened the door by name. That was amazing! It caught me by surprise. Alondra was waiting for me at the receptionist desk. I didn't have to wait! The visit felt personalized because they greeted me by name.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The way they made you feel comfortable and relaxed was nice. I really enjoyed my facial and will be coming back

My therapist, Morgan, is the best massage therapist. I have had other massage therapy at several Hand & Stone stores and so far Morgan is the best!!!!!!
