I am highly satisfied with my Hand & Stone experience because my massage therapist, Gina, was terrific. She knew exactly how to work out my problem areas without using too much pressure. Also, the Middletown, DE Hand & Stone is close to home and located near the places where I most frequently shop.

Rachel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She used the perfect products and made good suggestions. The facial and peppermint scalp massage were the perfect ending to my day and so relaxing.

The team is very welcoming and friendly. Gerald is absolutely amazing.

I have only had three massages in my life, but I had a pulled muscle in my back so I decided that I should come in and try to get it worked out. I called yesterday and was able to schedule an appointment the same day, which worked around my work schedule. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. The massage was very relaxing. I think next time, I will need to specifically ask for a deep tissue massage to make sure that muscle gets some more work, but overall it was a great experience. So great that I came back today and signed up for a monthly membership, so I'll be back.

The lady that did my facial was wonderful! Her name is Julie and she was like an angel. She explained all the products she was using and why she chose them. She was very pleasant, personable and friendly. I felt beautiful on the inside and the outside when I left.
