My therapist is what keeps me coming back. Regina is very knowledgeable and attentive to my problem areas. She always suggests services that alleviate my back pain.

I feel like the therapist listened to me and took the extra time to work on a targeted area. Walked out feeling relaxed and less stressed. Overall great experience.

The Himalayan salt massage was a great experience! Regina was attentive and welcoming and made it very easy to relax and get comfy! I found this particular massage to be very meditative and clarifying!

I really enjoyed my massage from Toby. I explained to him my problem areas and he spent ample time on each body part. I felt the massage helped alleviate the problem areas and I have been able to sleep without discomfort and pain. I don't know how long this treat will last but I will make another appointment within two weeks.

I love Hand and Stone. I go for pain relief of neck and low back problems. Toby does a wonderful deep tissue massage and really finds my trouble spots and works on them until I’m feeling better. I try to get two or more massages a month. They are so beneficial for someone in chronic pain.

It is a totally relaxing experience that a I look forward to every month. I have given a family member a facial and two massages.. She also had a great experience with Rachael

Walking through the door you immediately feel a sense of relaxation. The aroma in the waiting area is very pleasant. The massage from start to finish is awesome. You feel like a new you leaving.
