Hand and Stone

It was a very positive experience ranging from a pleasant welcome from the receptionist and an outstanding massage from the receptionist.

I have been to many massage palors in my years. I am also a travel agent for 39 years and go to many in Mexico and the Caribbean. I only wish Hand and Stone was for 1 hr instead of 50 minutes as the rest of them are 1 hr long. Took me awhile to decide if I wanted to be a member because of that. After going thru 3 therapists I found Charla which I have used ever since and refer many to her. she is a hard working employee and I know personally many times the company just takes you for granted and doesn't recognize their workers. I have worked at DuPont and is a travel agent and compliments are a must since we don't hear them that often from our own company we work for. I am going to miss her very much as my friends will also. It's ashame the company goes thru many therapists as I have seen in my past years. Just want to let you know how I felt and I am truly going to miss Charla. She is the best I have ever have.

Enrique was great. He was personable. He knew his stuff.

The environment was very relaxing and the therapist was very kind. I felt very comfortable and I was able to try to destress. I will definitely be returning because of the quality service offered

Julie made my facial experience very personable. I appreciate her knowledge and experience to develop a plan to set my skil in tip top shape. She was very nice and I appreciate her genuine care. Ale a was also very good at getting the tenseness/stress out and is very good.

I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere. I also like how I’m not pressured into purchasing products, it’s explained what is being used and how I can benefit from it, but I’m not pressured into purchasing.

Regina is amazing! I have received lots of massages in my day and she has definitely provided one of the best if not THE best therapist I have been to.
