Regina is the best massage therapist there. She listens to what you need knows how to work through your concerns and it is never the same massage twice

Rachel did my facial and was excellent. I have seen her before for a facial. Enrique did my last massage and was excellent as well.

We could use more staff to compliment additional appoint times

Superb customer service Gerald came highly recommended and exceed my expectations. Usually after a massage I am calm and want to relax. Gerald's deep tissue massage invigorated me. My back felt better than it has in years. I was very productive after leaving the spa. I will definitely return.

My masseuse is very skilled and loves her craft that she states and can definitely tell by the massages she gives. This is my second massage and I’m never disappointed. However I would love to get a hot stone massage but she is not yet trained. That is a disappointment. Why is she not trained in a service you provide. I shouldn’t have to get another masseuse just to get hot stones not when I love my current masseuse. Please help and get her this training. Thank you

Julie was wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing and put on my skin. What I liked most was she kept checking to see how I was reacting to the product making sure I was not uncomfortable. She is very knowledgeable in the products too.

The therapist was knowledgeable and did her work well. There was no hesitation in her working ability. She answered questions and was reassuring. I will ask for her for my next message - do not need to verify her ability by testing someone else.
