Zack made sure to ask me what I was looking for in todays appointment. He did not hold back with the pressure, which was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I felt relief just half way through my appointment. I was considering canceling my membership after I used my credits but I will be coming back just for him! He applied techniques I had never had during a massage in terms of getting my shoulder knots out and it was phenomenal.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly during check in and check out.

I was not a fan of the Receptionist. The therapist Alli did an outstanding job. The Receptionist just didn't seem friendly at all toward me. Possibly because of my appearance? People believe I look like a cop even though I'm not in that field.
