Katie is fantastic! I am always amazed at how much more relaxed and pain-free I am after a session with her. She is always extremely pleasant, gives a great massage, and offers ideas to help alleviate pain and relax muscles in between our sessions. She is 100% the reason I keep coming back to H&S!
