Pleasantly surprised with using a new therapist how well 1st session went

The receptionist Kimberly is a SUPERSTAR!!!! She helped me with an issue that I have had with booking online for years. She is very personable and Proffesional. I have memberships at various spas and health related companies and the receptionist is the start of service not the actual service that will be performed. She is a breath of fresh air for a receptionist. I really hope she will be around for a while.
