Very satisfied with cleanliness of facility. The privacy of myself and other staff/customers was remarkably impressive.

So far all the Hand and Stone that has service me has been great. This hand and stone is close to me house. The staffs are friendly and the location is clean. I just wish they had later hours

The receptionist was friendly. The office is clean and smelled so fresh. Finally, the therapist was quite professional and asked about the pressure of the massage. As a result, I was so pleased with Hand & Stone; so I trust them with myself.

The therapist was fantastic at what he did! One of the best ive ever had and was very knowledgeable about many things and hand hide great pressure pressure and the staff was very nice was very nice and the ambience very nice, i had gotten a gift & recommended the therapist to a few people and was happy i could swueeze into a spot last minute when i called since therr was availabiliy

The N. Miami Beach H&S is lovely! The staff was helpful and friendly. They did their best to ensure that every aspect of the visit was relaxing for us. When we had an issue with a different location, the staff here went above and beyond to resolve it for us and ensure we got our money's worth. Also, the massage was great and I wish I could have stayed longer!
