Ricky is so great, he's very friendly and knows exactly where I need the most attention without me having to tell him. The girls at reception are always so, so helpful. Each one of them are so kind and loving and important to keeping the appointments running smoothly and then do their job very well. I look forward to going to Hand and Stone everytime I make my appointment for the next service.
