Excellent customer service, the therapist was very good and I felt relaxed after the treatment.

Going into Hand and Stone outlet is like entering another reality of a healthy tranquil environment. The front counter services with assorted teas offered and the soothing treatment (facial or massage) enhances this initial feeling of being treated special. You walk out leaving feeling good.

The entire staff provided quick, friendly service. The massage therapist was knowledgeable about the aroma therapy products and stone massage options. And most of all, she massage the pains out of my neck so I gladly scheduled my next appointment. Thank you:)

Service was very good in didn't have time to hear what the esthetichian had to show because I was running late for other appointment - nothing against the staff at all they were amazing Bree and Susan love their work - OUTSTANDING

So much attention, care and kindness throughout my experience. Although I would definitely go back to this location after this visit, it is to far for me; I would try the Kendall location instead. But that has nothing to do with the staff and experience at this location!

The receptionist were totally accommodating and knowledgeable. The masseuse was amazing. Asked me for personal information so he could do the best job possible. I even tell asleep. Excellent aestetition. Extremely professional.
