A little too much chatting in the receptionist area. One of the customers had her smartphone on speaker and was listening to a video.

I like my therapist. I am a repeat customer. I feel better after my visit.

There was a problem with the AC unit. The lobby was warm and the massage room could have been a little more cooler.

I prefer the full spa experience with more amenities.

Anything can be improved.

Due my travel, I 'm not sure which location I will be closest to. Regardless, I had a good experience and will be back. Kudos!

My therapist did not apply enough pressure even after I told him to put more pressure.

It could have night times available with experienced women

My massage therapist didn’t introduce herself, ask my name or even ask what my needs were. All she said was “we are in this room, get undressed and take your jewelry off”. The massage itself was fine I just didn’t feel she cared or personalized my massage. She also started at 11:06 and ended at 11:52, it was not the full time.

Didn’t have the spa like feel of other salons.
