Hand and Stone

The only complaint is that not many therapists actually perform a real deep tissue massage, they put great effort though.

After three attempts I finally found the right massage therapist when I was about to give up the membership.

I did not like that the therapist wanted me to upgrade for a higher cost.

The room was a little too warm for me.

Pay scale not consistent. Had to pay for extra 30 minutes where another Hand And Stone lets you split a credit.

Therapist was approx. 10 min. Late and promised to make up time and did not. Did not apply the pressure I asked. I felt he was in a hurry . Did not massage the back of my arms.

If I had inflammation why would a hot stone with CBD oil be recommended 🤔

Andrea was great! The ambiance needs to be upgraded when it comes to the massage room.

Cant book appts online, massage is always the same and sometimes the room is too hot or too cold. Overall it doesn’t convey a spa experience.
