De las masajistas que hay en este lugar hasta ahora traté a todas y la mejor es Nicole. Es una pena que Lea no esté más, era excelente! El horario de Nicole no trabaja en sábado y eso no me ayuda mucho.

The massage therapist was ok. Not the best and not the worst. I believe I’ve had him before and was more satisfied that time. He wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t my best massage at Hand and Stone or other places. It wouldn’t deter me from coming back or from using him again. It was an average experience. The website is not well organized and booking appointments online is difficult.

H&S is way too expensive, but so are most other decent massage franchises. I'm always thinking about the cost when I'm trying to enjoy my awesome massage, which is a horrible predicament to be in.

I love the customer service, I love the fast booking, I love the masssge, but I do not like the cost for a couples massage.

I enjoyed the ambience of the waiting area. Once I was called in, I didn’t feel a sense of welcome from my masseuse. She was “just” cordial. She didn’t speak in a friendly tone. She performed her “job”. When completed she told me to hurry b/c she has another person waiting (there was no one in the waiting room when I came out). A little bit more personality can be improved.

I have never been able to book an appointment online. The website doesn’t seem to function well. It asks me to sign in but doesn’t allow me to. The local staff is great.
