When i arrived the massage table was too high making it difficult for me to comfortably get on the table

As I was laying on my stomach I can see all the dust balls on the floor

The areas that were a concern for me (painful areas) were more painful or the same as before the massage.

I’ve gotten facials before and felt like my skin was a lot clearer and more of the white heads and black kids were removed more efficiently. Well the technician was great I felt like her skills at removing the whiteheads were not as thorough as I would’ve liked. It could also be with mask wearing that the whiteheads were a lot deeper as she may have stated. Also I felt like the pressure in the way that she did the massage was a little two gentle and not enough pressure was applied to my shoulder area which carries most of my tension.

I needed more pressure on the back but I did not get the option. She did an excellent job on other areas.

I wanted to use to use 1 hour package for a 60 minute massage and a hand and feet as extras, therefore using two of my seven unused packages. I was then told the massages are only 90 minutes and mine would already included the hand and feet. I got cheated 1/2 hour. Also your monthly rate went up for no reason after I stayed with hand and stone during Pandemic.

Personalized care and zen environment

The experience was great and the staff at the front desk kept us informed. The couples massage was good. If I could suggest with the massage therapist that tended to me is to be sure to ask questions about the level of pressure being used. There were at times some discomfort. Over all it was okay.

I hate that I get more than one message asking me to confirm my appointment. I get a text asking me to confirm and then I get another one a few days later. Please only ask once.

If you are taking 10 min off the 60 min to allow dressing and undressing plus discussion of services. Then the 50 remaining minutes of the massage should be completed with the exact 50 min. My therapist only gave me 45 min. The other thing is that you guys charge too much money for CBD oil. $30 is too much for a 1/4 of a cup of oil used. So for I would never buy that enhancement. Even the stones are too expensive.
