Hand and Stone

I have been coming to get a massage for a while and I have timed it myself. I don’t think it is a 50min massage. I think it takes long for the therapist to come in and the massage finishes too soon.

Because nothing is perfect

The receptionist was not wearing her mask Over her nose almost the entire check in. When taking temperature she actually never even looked at the reading, just pushed the button and moved on.

During my massage my lower back and upper legs were not addressed. The focal points of my pain were those two areas. I left with the same pain that I came with.

Was really good massage with Riki, he really knows what he doing.. and he really make me feel like a really different person whenever. I leave your hand and stone place. Thanks

I didn't say I wasn't

Proceedures and products were explained before the facial, however, my skin was not analyzed prior to facial.

The aesthetician was too ruff with my skin and caused certain parts of my face to scab over. I should have said something when my skin was stinging, but I didn’t understand the damage.

Packages were not in my account and massage that u had following facial ended early - I did not get a 50 min massage and that’s frustrating

The room was too cold and when facing up during my massage the lights were on all the way and I didn’t get the typical eye covering I usually get (assuming because of covid).
