My overall experience was good. I realized that my 2 hour massage was actually 1 1/2. I was disappointed and assume the therapist was tired.

My appointment time was changed from my husband's time so I had to wait 30 minutes outside in a hot car. The receptionist was not sure if I could sit in waiting area. Also I was told to complete form online because the cant print but ended up completing forms in store as well

My facial was only 30 minutes. My massage however was excellent although the therapist was running late. I still received my full time and an excellent massage.

I payed for the Himalayan stones 15min and they were not used more than 2 minutes. I also did not like how the back area was the last thing massaged. Too much lotion used.

Front desk staff was friendly. The lady that did my back wax was also friendly and worked hard to do a good job. However, when I got home I discovered patches of hair that she missed. Since the virus caused closure I was badly in need of waxing, so it should not have been difficult to see the hair she missed. Twice in to have my back waxed, twice I have not been too happy with the service. Maybe low pay scale or high turnover of staff is the reason. Have not had these issues at the other places I have used. Probably canceling my membership and finding another place. Again, everyone was very nice.

The message therapist wasn’t very nice and friendly, I just felt that she was VERY new and didn’t know what she was doing. I work a lot on my feet so my main areas of concerns is my back. Didn’t feel any relief. It was just not good at all. I know she tired but I was very disappointed.

I was sad/disappointed that the heating pad on the mattress was not available. You see, I get cold easily and the heat makes a tremendous difference in helping me relax. I am not planning to return just yet. Everything else was excellent and I am happy that I went. I am still planning to go back in the future. But i will most likeley wait until the heat pads are back.

I feel that the service provided was quite expensive . It didn’t even take a full hour! I paid extra for un upgrade and honestly I didn’t notice any changes in my skin!

I schedule my appointment on line, the next day I received a call advising I had not been in and would I like to schedule an appointment. I laughed and said I did schedule an appointment. I received an email confirmation with the wrong date. I called back and all got straightened out. The staff was very friendly, the service was good.
