Murana is wonderful and very caring.

My membership wasn’t complete from the first initial time I signed up. The front desk worker was very efficient in having theses problems fixed in a timely manner!

I was extremely satisfied with the massage I received which helped incredibly with my chronic neck and shoulder pain.

I do not live in VA so that is the reason why I probably would not return to this Hand and Stone. If I am in VA again, I would definitely go again.

I've been a member for years and always leave pleased with the service provided - even when I'm at different locations! But I really want it for massages and the availability of booking a massage for a time that works for me has drastically decreased.

I really appreciated the knowledge of products that my esthetician had, and how she was able to explain what products would be best for future use with my skin type and concerns.

The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and really helped set the mood as soon as I walked in. My appointed took place right on schedule and my esthetician was great!

Liam was amazing at the massage. He was super knowledgeable about what he was doing and helping me understand my problem areas. The receptionists were also really friendly and helpful.

Appointment was on time and the estatition was very friendly. I didn't have any problems with my facial. It was a very relaxing experience. I do with there would have been more explanation of what was done though.

All of the skin problems that I brought to the attention of the esthetician were addressed. She was friendly. She remembered things that we had discussed at previous appointments.
