Lilly is amazing - she is an expert with wonderful technique, listens to my needs/requests, and is always on time. The office location is always clean, calm, smells nice and the front desk is always efficient and helpful in providing the FSA form afterwards and scheduling my follow-on appointment.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because my esthetician Gabi was wonderful. This was my first ever facial and she was fantastic. She took me through the whole process and then when the initial face mask made my skin burn she immediately took it off and applied a new one while checking in with me repeatedly to ensure that everything was working well.

My therapist was amazing! She suggested I upgraded for the deep tissue with hot stones, at first I was hesitant, but then I thought it’s my birthday month, I should treat myself. I do have to say not at ounce of regret! That was exactly what I needed and wanted!! I’m so glad she recommended the upgrade, I was so relaxed and felt amazing!

Amka is a great aesthetician and gives the best treatment! I had a concussion last month and have been having headaches and I felt so much better after my facial.
