I was given a message, for a gift. I joined after that first visit, I have been with the same AMAZING THEAROPIST, since day 1.

The reception desk at this location is always welcoming, yet not pressuring. At other locations it felt like walking into a a car dealership pressure to buy buy buy. Service from therapists has been beyond my expectations

I got a prenatal massage and I'm satisfied with the quality of the service; the masseuse was experienced and knowledgeable. But the cost of the service and apparently the membership is substantially higher in Chicago than the same service in the suburbs. The receptionists waived the cost, which of course was helpful. But if I have to cover this extra cost in the future (particularly for prenatal services, which are even more expensive), I don't think I'll be back to this location.

it was a great experience overall. my only complaint was the face cradle. it seemed harder than what i am used to. it was a bit uncomfortable

i really liked the therapist and desk staff. the massage was great. i felt the prices were higher than most places i have been for a couples massage and i was not told explicitly that the cost was per person. i would still recommend it to a friend but with the caveats above.

Reception helped resolve some confusion and were very receptive. Therapist worked hard to alleviate my pain. She offered advice for the future.

Everyone at the site was very knowledgeable, and they were willing to spend time with clients to ensure that all needs were met.
