great friendly staff in the front therapist was very professional and got some big knots out

This was my first time seeing Mary for services, and she was absolutely wonderful. I was running a few minutes late and showed up pretty frazzled, but Mary ensured me that she'd still be able to spend an hour on my facial and she made me feel immediately relaxed and cared for. She was friendly, but still allowed me moments of silence to just relax and soak in the soothing vibes. She provided an excellent neck and shoulder massage during my facial, which I feel like some estheticians skip lately. I was sure to book a follow up facial with her in a month, because I believe I just found my regular esthetician.

David is a great therapist! For the price, I think aromatherapy should be included in the price. I also think points should be able to be used for add ons.

I like Natalia because she provide me information regarding my facials.

It is always such a pleasure coming to Hand and Stone for a facial or a massage. Tanita is amazing at what she does. She is so warm and friendly and I always feel so relaxed when receiving a facial from her. The front desk staff is always very kind and helpful as well, I leave Hand and Stone feeling relaxed and satisfied every time!
